The result is what matters.
A successful restructuring stands and falls with the timely implementation of the restructuring measures. It is essential that individual measures are achieved “on time” and “in budget”.
- Implementation measures must be planned and implemented on time alongside day-to-day operations.
- Helbling Corporate Finance will offer support and, if appropriate, management capacity to avoid capacity bottlenecks and to provide the requisite expertise.
- If necessary, we make intensive use of the expert knowledge of colleagues from other Helbling companies, e.g. in the areas of product development, reducing manufacturing costs and increasing real estate values.
In the steering committee, we monitor progress, agree solutions to problems and document the project status and forecast in project cockpits.
