Eco Improvement Masterplan

The concept of sustainability is, quite rightly, associated with economic benefits and a positive image. But what measures lead in the short, medium and long term to sustainable success in an industrial firm? 

With the ECO Improvement Masterplan, we systematically and specifically devise a customized implementation timetable, within 3 to 6 months, for sustainable optimization that is both practical and highly profitable. We have more than 15 years of consultancy experience in the process industry and, thanks to this experience, we can generally achieve energy savings of 10 to 40 % - the possible CO2 reductions can be even higher, depending on the modifications made with regard to the energy supply.

• Collective system delimitation (production system to the entire product life cycle)
• Identification of the main sustainability aspects using the relevance matrix 
• Data collection and validation (Bottom Up, Top Down) 
• Analysis of the current state (and representation by means of  Sankey diagrams)
• Demonstration of potential using the above methods  
• Coordination of optimization ideas with the client/plant engineer 
• Drawing up measures, each with an estimate of the investment costs, savings potential and payback 
• Masterplan for the short, medium and long term implementation
