Project management

The result of a site development or a real estate strategy are definable building investment projects whose aims and content are embedded in the definition of a project. This constitutes the basis for the implementation of projects.

As your project manager, we make sure that deadlines as well as quality and cost requirements are met by making every effort to keep the project running smoothly. In cooperation with you, we will define the organizational structure of the project, the desired course of action for the project with milestones and specify the aims of the project in terms of quality standards, cost targets and deadlines. We will then support you in the evaluation of suitable project partners for planning and realization purposes and will guide the project, in our capacity as project manager, through all phases.

We will support you with the following key services:  

• Establishing the bases for the Project and Project Definitions  
  
• Developing the organizational Structure and Course of Action for the Project  
  
• Evaluation of Project Leaders for Planning and Realization  
  
• Construction Owner Representation with respect to Building Authorities and Stakeholders  
  
• Control of the ongoing Project with regard to Costs, Deadlines and Quality 
  
• Periodic Reporting on the Status of the Project with Reports and Project Cockpit  
  
• Support with acceptance procedures with remedial action for all defects, where applicable
• Assessments, Expertise and Second Opinions 
  

You will benefit from our many years of experience in the cargo and process industry and in the trade, educational and training facilities, housebuilding and healthcare sectors. The attributes necessary to be an excellent project manager are based on this longstanding experience on such projects as well as a similar length of experience as a planning engineer and architect.
